Joshua Nelson, The Prince of Kosher Gospel
Friday, January 13, 2017
Join us as Joshua Nelson and his troupe return to Congregation Beth Shalom to lead us in a Kabbalat Shabbat Service. Mr. Nelson is a Black Jewish educator, musician and entertainer combining Jewish religious lyrics and meanings with the soulful sounds of American gospel music. This will be a stimulating and unique service – one to remember – as we honor the memory and celebrate the life of the Rev. Martin Luther King, while partnering with our neighborhood churches.
